《紅外與毫米波學報》是中國光學學會與中科院上海技術物理研究所共同主辦的紅外與毫米波科技領域唯一的學報類刊物，著重報道我國在這一領域的最新研究成果和技術進展，為我國科技現代化服務。 《紅外與毫米波學報》主要刊登紅外物理、凝聚態光學性質、低能激發過程(包括低維系統和電子結構計算), 紅外光電子學、紅外與毫米波技術（包括元器件、系統及應用）等方面有一定創新的論文、具有國際水平或國內先進水平的技術報告和階段性研究簡報、高水平的述評。對于具有重大學術或技術價值的文章，本刊可以最快速度在“研究快報”專欄予以發表。本刊其它欄目有“學術討論”、“簡訊”、“書評”、“國內外會議消息”等，還特設“交叉學科研究”專欄，主要報道智能信息技術與人工神經網絡研究和應用、紅外、毫米波、激光等電磁輻射與生物體的相互作用研究，生物醫學光學等，目的是為了促進多學科交叉滲透形成的新興學科發展。 《紅外與毫米波學報》原名《紅外研究》，于1982年創刊。根據學科發展和國際學術交流的需要，從1991年更名為《紅外與毫米波學報》，使本刊學科覆蓋范圍從紅外擴展到毫米波波段，填補了我國毫米波領域學術期刊的空白。 《紅外與毫米波學報》于1992 年榮獲第一屆全國優秀科技期刊一等獎、中國科協優秀學術期刊一等獎、中國科學院優秀期刊一等獎，1996年獲中國科學院優秀期刊一等獎，1997年獲第二屆全國優秀科技期刊一等獎。本刊獲中國科學技術協會基礎性和高科技學術期刊專題經費和中國科學院科學出版基金資助，由科學出版社出版。 《紅外與毫米波學報》積極參與國際學術活動，為促進本學科我國與國際學術界交流發揮了較好的作用，受到國內外同行的歡迎和好評。英國《Infrared Physics and Technology》雜志邀請本刊負責人擔任該刊編委，國際紅外物理會議和國際紅外與毫米波會議多次邀請本刊負責人參加組委會或作邀請報告。本刊自1986年起邀請國際知名學者擔任顧問。另外，本刊與世界8個國家的20多種學報通過國際交換，建立了學術聯系，并于1987年至1996年由美國Allerton公司在紐約出版了全英譯本。 《紅外與毫米波學報》主要進入以下國內外收錄系統：（1）國際6大檢索體系(《Ei》(美)、《CA》(美）、《SA》(英)、SciSearch, Research Alert和Current Contents / Physical, Chemical and Earth Sciences(美)、《Pж》(前蘇聯)、《科技文獻速報》(日))；（2）《中國物理文獻庫》（英文版）；（3）《中國物理文摘》、《中國光學和應用光學文摘》、《中國學術期刊文摘》等。

The IEEE Microwave and Guided Wave Letters (MGWL) is a publication of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers Inc.'s (IEEE) Microwave Theory and Techniques Society, a professional organization that promotes the development and application of microwave technology. The publication deals with such topics as frequency detectors, antenna array systems, coplanar waveguides, scanning techniques, attenuators, transient compression, nonlinear transmission lines, and slot antennas. The publication's WWW site presents the table of contents of the most recent issue of MGWL, including those of other IEEE transactions, journals and letters. The IEEE Transactions on Microwave Theory and Techniques (MTT) is a publication of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers Inc.'s (IEEE) Microwave Theory and Techniques Society, a professional organization that promotes the development and application of microwave technology.
